We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping - this should take 3-5 days for your order (destination dependent) to arrive from the date of dispatch.

You will be emailed when your order has been dispatched and is on its way.

To make a conscious effort to be kinder to the environment and work towards saving out planet, the majority of our orders are shipped using 100% recyclable mailing bags. 

We don't currently offer tracking, but if this is something that is important to you, please email hello@theconsciouscompany.co.uk and we will try to provide you with as much information as possible.

In the unusual circumstance that you are unhappy with your product, please fill out the returns form that came with your parcel and specify if you would like an exchange or refund. please email hello@theconsciouscompany, explaining your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange, and send it back to the following address:

Your exchange / refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your parcel. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the safe-keeping of your parcel on its way back to us and therefore we advise that you send your product back via courier and obtain a receipt for your records.
