COVID-19 Delivery Details

We ask that you are patient and understand that delivery may be slower than usual during this time because of the Coronavirus pandemic. For further information please email us at hello@theconsciouscompany.



We currently deliver to the UK and Europe - this should take 3-5 days for your order (destination dependent) to arrive from the date of dispatch. Please note that all products are made-to-order and will be dispatched within 5 working days after your order has been placed.

You will be emailed when your order has been dispatched and is on its way.

  • UK delivery is £3.95
  • European delivery is £5.95

To make a conscious effort to be kinder to the environment and work towards saving out planet, our orders are shipped using eco-friendly mailing bags. 

We don't currently offer tracking, but if this is something that is important to you, please email hello@theconsciouscompany.co.uk and we will try to provide you with as much information as possible.

In the unusual circumstance that you are unhappy with your product, please email hello@theconsciouscompany, explaining your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. A member of the team will be in touch with how best to proceed. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn.

Your exchange / refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your parcel. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the safe-keeping of your parcel on its way back to us and therefore we advise that you send your product back via courier and obtain a receipt for your records.
